To rent a vehicle from Raine’s Car Rental, you must meet the minimum age requirement of 21 years old and possess a valid driver’s license from your home country. We provide complimentary delivery of your vehicle to your hotel, vacation home or airport. There is no charge for this service.

Typically, we coordinate vehicle pick-up at the airport, hotel, or vacation home on the last day of your rental period. However, if you decide to return the vehicle ahead of schedule, please note that the designated return location will be our office in Herbert’s, Antigua.
Yes, we offer early drop-off options for customers with early morning flights. Please inform our team in advance, and they will provide you with specific instructions for returning the vehicle outside of regular operating hours.
Yes, even with an International Driver’s License, you will still be required to obtain a Local Temporary Driver’s Permit. It is a legal requirement in Antigua and Barbuda for all drivers, including those with international licenses.
There is one exception to this requirement: if you possess a driver’s license issued by one of the member states (countries) of the Organization of Eastern Caribbean States (OECS) here, you will be allowed to drive in Antigua and Barbuda using your license.
During the rental process, you can acquire a Local Driver’s Permit through our agent, subject to a fee of $20.00 USD per driver.
We offer optional insurance coverage that can reduce or eliminate the excess amount in case of damage. Please inquire about our insurance options when making your reservation or contacting our team.
